Do I have to starve to get fit?
Depends on how you define starving. But we are here to build up a life-time habit with which your weight won't bounce back hard even if you are too busy to workout.

How many days should I workout?
Regularly 3 days in a week will be ideal. Make time for 45-60 mins every time.
Or 30 mins for 4 days.

How soon can I see changes?
Once you have decided to contact Coach Phoenix by any form, you have already changed your mindset in getting fit!
Of course for initial changes in fitness or appearance, be patient to keep doing what you are to be instructed and wait for 4 weeks!

What if I don't have time to the gym?
We provide some at-home exercise with body weight and small tools, which could help you save some time at the beginning. But going to the gym could definitely speed up your progress.

Is personal training expensive?
Comparing to the fast&delicious burgers&chip or bubble tea, it is expensive.
Comparing to the time & cost to hospital or medical treatments, it is really low cost.
